Refund & Replacement Policy

Studio JDR

At The Studio JDR, each product is thoughtfully crafted using premium 3D printing technology and careful hand-finishing. Since many of our products are custom-made and personalized, we request customers to read and understand our policy before placing an order.


1. No Refund Policy (Strict)

The Studio JDR does not offer refunds under any circumstances,

Including :

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction without a genuine product issue

  • Incorrect name, address, phone number, or other details provided by the customer

  • Customized or personalized orders once the design/model is approved

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be refunded.


2. Replacement Policy (Only Eligible Resolution)

We only provide replacement or reprinting, and never refunds.

A free replacement will be provided only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is broken during transit

  • The wrong product is delivered

  • There is a verified manufacturing defect

Mandatory Proof for Replacement:

To raise a replacement request, the customer must provide:

  • A complete unboxing video (mandatory, continuous, without cuts or edits)

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

Once the issue is verified by our team, the product will be reprinted or replaced at no additional cost.


3. Custom & Personalized Orders

For all custom 3D printed products:

  • Advance payments are strictly non-refundable

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after customer approval of the 3D design/model

  • Any design change requested after approval may attract additional modification charges

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the design before production.


4. Wrong or Incomplete Address

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • No refund will be issued

  • Re-shipping charges must be paid to resend the order

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before confirming your order.


5. Lost Packages (Courier Issues)

In rare cases where a courier partner reports a lost shipment:

  • The Studio JDR will raise an official complaint with the courier service

  • We will assist the customer during the investigation process

  • After courier confirmation, the product will be reprinted or re-dispatched

Resolution timelines depend on courier response and may take a few working days.


6. Replacement Time Frame

Once a replacement request is approved and verified by our team:

The product will be reprinted or prepared within 2–3 business days

The replacement order will be delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on location and courier service

Tracking details will be shared once dispatched

Please note:

Incase of any damage of the item, then the order has to be returned within 5 days of the delivery  only then a replacement will be initiated.

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays

Replacement processing begins only after successful verification of the unboxing video and photos

We appreciate your patience and assure you that we prioritize replacement orders to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
