Terms & Conditions — Studio JDR

Welcome to Studio JDR. By accessing our website, placing an order, or communicating with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.


1. Custom & Personalised Orders

  • All customised 3D printed orders require a 50% advance payment.

  • Once the 3D modelling work begins, the advance amount becomes non-refundable.

  • After the customer approves the 3D model or design preview, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Any additional modifications requested after approval may incur extra charges.


2. Product Images & Variations

Final products may vary slightly from the images displayed due to:

  • Hand-finishing and polishing

  • Colour variations in materials

  • Lighting and screen differences

  • Slight texture changes inherent to 3D printing

These are natural variations and not considered defects.


3. Payment Terms

  • Pay After Packing is available only for selected ready-made items.

  • All custom, bulk, and corporate orders require advance payment as specified.

  • Orders will be dispatched only after 100% payment is completed.

  • For corporate orders, staged payments may apply as per agreement.


4. Production & Delivery Timeline

Estimated timelines:

  • Ready-made products: 2–4 days processing

  • Shipping time: 5–10 days after dispatch

  • Custom/personalised orders: 7–20 days depending on design

  • Bulk/corporate orders: 10–25 days

Note: Delays caused by courier partners, extreme weather, transport issues, strikes, or festival seasons are beyond our control.


5. Replacements Policy

Replacements are provided only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect product delivered

To process a replacement request, customers must provide:

  • A full unboxing video without cuts

  • Clear images of the issue

Without these, we cannot verify the complaint.


6. No Returns / No Refunds

Due to the nature of personalised and made-to-order 3D printed products:

  • We do not accept returns

  • We do not provide refunds once production has started

For ready-made products, refunds are not provided unless the product is damaged and verified.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order fails due to a customer providing an incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address:

  • No refund will be issued

  • Re-shipping charges will apply for resending the order
